Update extraction script #40
Description
Update the existing data extraction script to convert model output to CSV format. We will also want to develop scripts for performing some basic analyses on these aggregate data, but I am not sure if that should be part of the same script or independent.
We should include a customizable input file that can be used to select the specific outputs and analyses the user would like to run.
