Build system doesn't take into account deleted files. #11
Description
When a blog post is deleted, the blog and rss feeds aren't updated.
This is because no metadata is kept, so the build system only looks at the relative file times of existing files. To fix this, some sort of state must be maintained so we can check for deleted files.
