--motif-dbs parameter in rgtmotifanalysis matching doesn't work

Hi, I'm trying to do the motif analysis with hocomoco database using the parameter --motif-dbs in rgtmotifanalysis matching but it doesn't work. It's not a problem of the format of file because this command doesn't work even if I use the jaspar_vertebrates db in the default rgtdata folder that is the one that HINT-ATAC uses as default db.
It says 0 motif loaded, instead if I don't use the parameter --motif-dbs it takes the jaspar_vertebrates df and load the motifs.

Anyone can help?

Hi, I did not encounter this issue, did you put the full path of the folder containing the pwms ?
