Distant Horizons water renders through opaque portions of glass #236

I'm running an RTX 4060 TI on Windows 11, and was able to replicate this on 1.21.8 using just sodium/iris and distant horizons installed

This does not apply to the regular water shader, the issue does not present at all when distant horizons is disabled
I was also able to verify that this issue does not happen on BSL shaders, so it seems to be a complimentary issue
