Refactor code

- Folder structure - ensure consistent logical naming
- File naming - both source files and output files / html files / csv files
- Variable naming 
- Ensure consistency in naming, use same terms throughout 
- Remove unused code / unnecessary comments 
- Agree on how to format output, ensure consistent styling
  - Markdown/html
  - Usage of headers
