Cryptoticker should be able to deliver Coinigy alerts

Hello Coinigy,

I just had a great idea for this extension. When using your pro subscription, I quickly run out of SMS alerts. They just don't work very well here in Germany. Anyway. I thought when a user has the Ticker extension installed, instead of delivering alerts via SMS or Email, the extension could deliver them using Chrome's own notifcation system.

Just saw this comment, and this is a great idea- we now have the ability to potentially do this as we're subscribing to the user's private websocket channel, which also streams alerts.

This extension seems to have been all but abandoned. Good luck getting Coinigy to realize it still exists.
