Connection state is not changed to Aborted #27

I noticed in the logs above that the onStatusChanged event doesn't fire when trying to connect with a service that is scaling.
My service is trying to connect with a service sometimes it creates too many connections at the same time that the service has to scale, that's fine but when this happens the status becomes aborted and doesn't trigger the Status Changed method.
