Pending promise page

Component that contains the page that shows what is on stake and the amount of time pending.

Must show:
- Promise title
- Time remaining
- cELO invested
- Confirmation button

The button must say something along the lines of: "Confirm that user XYZ has fulfilled his part of the promise"
