Description
Plan and execute deployment of the Pharma ERP + POS system in staged environments (staging, pilot, full production), per plan. Deliver training and support for end users and business stakeholders.
- Prepare deployment scripts and environment configs (Vercel/Docker/Postgres/S3)
- Migrate/seed databases safely
- Staging/pilot deployment with feedback loop
- Training material (videos, guides)
- Monitor production, provide support, collect feedback
- Document rollback plans and procedures
