add Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence hotline (#475) || README ubdated to include troubleshooting steps for WSL2/Ubuntu environment (#486)
* README ubdated to include troubleshooting steps for WSL2/Ubuntu environment configuration. remediate [ioredis] Unhandled error event: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:6380, MongoNetworkError: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:27017 * fixed small typo for Nation Sexual Assult Hotline -> Assault, re-arranged all hotlines alphabetically.
