Just noting this down here - I think one goal we had was to make cloudlaunch-cli act as a proxy for testing cloudlaunch, since cloudlaunch's test coverage is currently rather poor. If we can get cloudlaunch-cli to just run standard operations against a cloudlaunch instance running the mock ec2 driver, that would be a decent substitute till we can increase coverage for cloudlaunch.
