Make singularity image work with MPI #1
Description
The spawning of worker processes inside the singularity container seems to beak all communications. Collaborate with the AMUSE community to resolve this problem. Perhaps, updating to e newer version of OpenMPI fixes the problem. The latter will allow us to run the image as non-root on an HPC, but it is yet to be seen whether the spawning will be functioning...

mpi >= 2.1.0 inside is recommended, then it's supposed to work even if
it doesn't exactly match the mpi outside
