Evaluate use of STRchive STRanger json

STRchive provides STRanger compatible json for dl. We will ofcourse want to keep archive copies of the version in use with a particular pipeline version, but maybe we could skip the step of adjusting our files with consensus from STRchive and just contribute there.

Case in point are suggestions for updating AFF2, ATXN8OS and FGF14 definitions where we have PRs on STRchive already...
