Scenario calculation: with Celery?

Currently, scenarios are calculated on the fly, which could (potentially) lead to time-outs. Investigate the possibility to use [Celery](https://docs.celeryproject.org/en/stable/django/first-steps-with-django.html) to make this a background task.
