💾 Internal change: Dialog for Health Connect Permission

Problem

I didn't have the health connect app on my phone so when I logged in on Cardinal Kit the app kept crashing.

Solution

I don't know if it already exists because for me it didn't work but it would be nice to have a dialog saying you have to download health connect to use this app.
