Issue : Readme file is just not clear

I was just reviewing the Group Project Guidelines page and noticed that some of the links appear to be broken. They seem to be internal links pointing to other files within the Group folder.

I'd be happy to create a pull request to fix these, but I wanted to check if there are any plans to reorganize this section of the repository in the near future.
