how to make files reflect the name of the docker that is pulled down ... instead of "hash" name

This script is used to create a lookup table (/data/CCBR_Pipeliner/SIFS/lookup.tsv) for all .img or .sif or .simg files. It can be used to rename pulled dockers to follow naming convention in the future.
