Clicking "Documentation" under "Reports" produces error messages but no documentation

To Reproduce

Click "Reports"
Click "Documentation"
A popup with error messages appears

Version used
4.2.3 under mono on Debian Sid

Expected behavior
The appearance of some sort of documentation
