Converting Focus/Motu/Mash output to CAMI bioboxes format #9

Hi Fernando,
I'm looking to convert my output files from FOCUS/Motu/Mash to the CAMI bioboxes format for use in OPAL. This docker is a fantastic tool in that regards. Thank you!
Unfortunately, I'm quite a novice when it comes to running Bioboxes/Docker. This is what I've done so far but I keep getting an error.
docker build -f Dockerfile_focus .
docker run
Error: yaml files '/bbx/mnt/input/biobox.yaml' does not exist.
Could you help guide me in the right direction?
