Rectangular CSV output

Hi thanks very much for this software !
Would it be possible to make sure the csv output file is rectangular ? At the moment, from what I could observe, if the header line contains N elements, then the first data line contains N-3 elements and all subsequent lines N-2 elements. This is annoying since some parser don't handle this case very well.
