Using high precision mode with high speed

[ELE495-GRUP9]

With release 1.6.5, I saw that high precision mode came. But I couldn't find a mode that could be used with high speed.
Is it possible to use AFBRS50LV85D with "high precision-high speed-short range" mode combination?
Because i need to use it in this way in my application.
