Text colors mixing with background color

Describe the bug:
On clicking the settings button (edit repository details) in a repository, the text color inside the popup matches with the background color at a few places, thus making the text almost invisible.

Expected behavior:
The font inside the popup as mentioned above must be distinctly visible.

Where did this happen:
Any repository.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick any repository.
2. Click on the settings icon to edit repository description and tags.

Screenshots:

The text Description, Website, etc. are not visible.
