Describe the bug:
When the user is not logged in the github home page sidebar is white
Expected behavior:
The sidebar should look like the rest of the theme
Where did this happen:
The sidebar doesn't look like the rest of the theme
Steps to reproduce:
- Log out of your account
- Go to the github homepage
- Click the icon in the top right corner
