Feature Request: "Auto Refresh" Explorer #249
Description
When working with the database panel, the user need to right-click => "Refresh" to see any changes made to the schema of the database. I am teaching students Postgres and it's very confusing for them that this plugin doesn't automatically refresh the "Explorer".

When a user executes a query "F5", refresh the database panel.
Design
You could make this an "Extension Setting" but personally, I don't see a use case for having this turned off. Maybe performance reasons? You'd have to tell me.
