LogicalThreadPoolController interface does not belong in TaskMaster #52
Description
The LogicalThreadPoolController interface has no implementation or reference in TaskMaster and is it more appropriate for it to be defined in a library or project that is using the LogicalThreadPoolController. Therefore, it should be removed from TaskMaster.
