Simulation/Emulation differences

Include a flag on the VM structures (bm and cp) to differentiate emulation from simulation. This because when simulating, delays are forcibly
inserted to mimic the FPGA behaviour. Instead when emulating the fastest execution is required.

The delays should be fine-tuned to mimic the hardware on the simulation. To analyze and optimize the delays, a tool to create test BondMachines is needed. The tool will use the benchcore v2 to measure latencies of the istruction an hardware and optimize the delay with a genetic algoritm.
