Flopoco temporary fixed point type #19
Description
In the branch 16 we have a temporary fixed point type that is used to implement the Flopoco fixed point instructions. It should be removed and replaced by a mechanism that allows to use different instructions for the same type. The instructions generated by bmnumbers should be intended as default instructions, not as the only instructions available. The user should be able to use other instructions for the same type in any tools that accept it.
