Add voltage collages to BluePyMM

We should add a step that generates voltage collages of the traces generated by a sample of the cells.

E.g. for neocortex it would be useful to reinject the threshold / holding current in the cells and plot the output.

This way a human can check if everything is working correctly. (and if e.g. eFEL is not creating any weird artifacts)
