Feature popup does not handle overflow well #37
Description
In jbrowse, when clicking a feature you get a popup. The variant feature uses a custom class, and we altered the scroll behavior to force the page to enlarge. We need a solution that works for other feature popups, like when clicking a gene. Note: this code is in the JBrowse repo, and a PR to them might be a better solution than hacking around it.
