* Adjusted poms versioning and description meta

* Added scripts

* pointing to dev terraform folder

* Added secrets, aca, acr, servicebus, storage modules

* Successful deployment

* Removed dev folder

* ACA Comments

* Added format to rest of contoso options with secret

* Change default behavior to send emails via queue
