Out of date doco re: ARO version?

https://github.com/Azure/maximo#step-2-deploy-and-prepare-openshift indicates that the current version of OCP in ARO is not supported, however ARO is currently running OCP 4.11

The official IBM software compatibility reports indicate that MAS 8.10 runs on OCP 4.10 and later.

Is the doc in this repo out of date, or is there another constraint that prevents deployment of Maximo on ARO?

I believe MAS 8.10 supports OCP 4.10 (excluding later versions). Do you have a link to a doc that says otherwise? Also, Assuming only up to 4.10 is supported, users would have to use the AZ ARO CLI to deploy ARO using 4.10 and will have a limited support window.

We have not received full support confirmation from IBM so we prefer not to contradict the vendor.

You're right - I misread "future fix packs" as "future versions.". Nevertheless, if I'm reading the ARO release notes correctly, we can deploy OCP 4.10 under ARO - at least until the release that follows 4.11 comes out.

Unfortunately, that is a question for IBM. We tested an older version, but I do not believe IBM has released official support announcement for ARO.
