dotnet-functionapp-on-azure.yml template still referencing net6 and --output

Can you please update this template with a > net7 version considering --output is no longer supported?

This is not working for net8 and many of us are banging our heads trying to make this work.

This is not working:

        run: dotnet publish --property:PublishDir=${{ env.AZURE_FUNCTIONAPP_PACKAGE_PATH }}/output

This works:

        run: dotnet publish --output ${{ env.AZURE_FUNCTIONAPP_PACKAGE_PATH }}/output
