multiple startup-command

How use multiple startup-command for container in the azure/webapps-deploy@v2 sections?
I tried with ' "" ; , and I get 
`Bad indentation of a mapping entry`

I tried with && but I get the following error:
`unexpected end of the stream within a double quoted scalar`
