Feedback form leads to broken link

Currently, when you select "Send Feedback" in the front end of the app, it takes you a dead link.

We should fix the form link or remove the menu option.

imo, we can remove the entire "Help":

• "documentation" is duplicate with the content in the middle of this page.
• "feedback" isn't valid anymore (owned by our previous pm).
