The problem lies in the absence of an interactive and intelligent system that can:
Provide accurate and timely advice about potential threats.
Educate users on safe practices, phishing detection, password management, and privacy settings.
Guide users step-by-step during cybersecurity incidents like account compromise, suspicious activity, or data breaches.
Be available 24/7 with minimal latency and understand natural language.

The proposed solution is a smart, AI-driven cybersecurity chatbot that acts as a virtual assistant to educate users, detect potential threats, and assist in incident handling — all through natural, human-like conversations. The chatbot provides a simple interface for users to ask questions, upload files, or report incidents via web or mobile.
