In today’s fast-paced world, many people struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle due to lack of personalized guidance on fitness, diet, and overall wellness. Gym beginners often feel overwhelmed, and many people find it hard to stay consistent without motivation, structure, or expert advice — leading to physical and mental health issues.

To solve this, I’m building FitMind AI, an intelligent wellness assistant that offers:

Template Used:
I started with the serverless-chat-langchainjs azd template because it provided a strong base for building a GenAI-powered chat assistant with serverless infrastructure.
Customizations:
Renamed the project to FitMind AI
Added custom tools like getWorkoutPlan and planned extensions like mealPlanTips, hydrationReminders, and stressReliefExercises
Rebranded the UI with a fitness theme
Integrated DeepSeek-R1 for intelligent responses
Planned expansion to include tracking habits, setting goals, and syncing with fitness APIs
This solution is highly relevant as it brings practical, daily-use AI to a space that touches everyone: health and wellness.
