Medic script has issues in multiplayer

I've witnessed the medic script fail (nearby medic does not move toward the incapacitated unit), and glitch out (incapacitated AI remains in state indefinitely).

@Diffusion9 You mentioned this shouldn't be prioritized until ASG Medical is integrated. I'm assuming that means ASG Medical works on AI and handles AI medics?

It doesn't work yet, but when I thought about it at the time it should be fairly easy to integrate.
I was going to attempt that, but things have changed on my side and my time is limited, so if you want to crack at it now I would say probably go ahead.

I may be able to take on this task soon after I crack the headless client problem. First time I'll have time is Sunday evening, and I'll probably end up burning most of that day trying to get my home server to load the mission and stop kicking the headless clients.
