Hardware setup values should be in a separate file 

File could be replaceable, or contain fancy #ifdef s to set the correct constants. Most of this should be liftable from DCC-EX .

Need pin settings and ack measurement settings for various boards/cpus.

These constants could perhaps be grouped in structures for neatness
