Inactivity Reminder #186
Description
Send reminders for internships that have been left in the same state for "a while". The definition of "a while" might change based on what workflow state the internship has been left in (e.g. sitting in "ready to register" for a while isn't usually a problem, but sitting in "ready for signature authority" for 14+ days is a problem).
Determine who should be alerted using role based permissions and the current state of the internship.
