Bins within DescriptionHistogramExtension on trace length make no sense

The length of a trace is within the integer domain always and is between 0 and some other number. However, bin edges when using DescriptionHistogramExtension.Describe.TraceLength will make floating point edges, e,g. 3.5 to 3.7. These bins would never be used, a different stragery for making bins should be used or simple make a range between min_len and max_len.
