Integrating MVMO Algorithm as option for optimization #50
Description
I have listened to a talk today regarding the MVMO algorithm by Jose Luis Rueda.
He has applied it to several power system problems with some large dimensions, and their results seem good.
I was wondering if we can integrate it into RaPId.
