Add a section on how to do titles

Probably in 00-Access-Vis-Overview.ipynb or 04-Animations.ipynb there should be an explicit section explaining how to add titles, change font/size/color, and how to add other extra text around the image too (if possible).

• how to plot one hemisphere
• a line mentioning that lv.interactive() can be used to open an interactive window on a local machine
