Training function with augmented dataset

Dear Team

Thank you for releasing the RDesign code and all the datasets used in development. While going through the code - methods/rdesign.py contains only the codes for validation and testing (valid_one_epoch() and test_one_epoch() functions). I wanted to understand the training code with the augmented dataset (train_augmented.pt). Is it possible to share the train_one_epoch() function or give some suggestions as to how the augmented dataset was processed into feature vectors?

Thanks for raising the issue. It is true that we did not release the training code, but we'll update it soon.
