Table control with cursor pagination (auto-loading on scroll)

Currently there is no easy way to implement table with cursor pagination that auto-loads on scroll.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
An ability for table component to easily enable cursor pagination with auto-load on scroll, similar to Data Viewer.
