Too much margin in epub

I read the epub offered on the site (Play!Returns) on a Kobo Touch. Out of the box it's hardly readable because there are so much margins that it's too narrow (less than a third of the screen for text).

I suppose this has to do with fixed size margins instead of percentage. I solved this by using calibre to convert from epub to epub while stripping margins. Obviously it would much better if it was working out of the box.

Unfortunately the settings for the epub files do not seem to be the same depending on the terminal (iPad, Nexus, phone, etc. ...) plus I can not test it in all terminals.
But if you fork the project and that you find the right settings for pandoc, I will update the documentation and provide additional epub file.
On the other hand I think the epub format is not suitable for reading ebooks on programming. HTML is better
